Happy Birthday Sharon
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU —— Dear Sharon.
When Sharon checked the weather for the weekend it was supposed to be sunny and warm. Yesterday the fog finally burned off about 3 p.m. This morning it is foggy again, but this time it is high fog instead of the ground clinging type we had yesterday. I checked online and the weather calls for partly cloudy today and clear tomorrow.
In spite of the fog I am at the picnic table in a short sleeved shirt. It is cool but not cold. I am so thankful we can camp year round in Southern California.
The water pump is working great. I am so glad we got it replaced. If the old one had stopped pumping at this campground we would have no way to prime it and get it going again. Next we need to get to control module for the water heater. We have hot water, we just have to manually light the water heater.
Last night we had a roaring fire going at the campsite next to us. We had one going but soon 3 campsites congregated at one fire. It was a pleasant evening gather with new friends. It is amazing how easy it is to feel comfortable with stranger when camping.
I think Sharon and I both prefer camping around people or with a group. Being alone in a campground is nice at times, but is more fun sitting around a campfire talking with people you have met.
