Did I Say Flowers?

I told you I got Sharon a bouquet of flowers. Yesterday we went to the farmer's market at our harbor. They always have inexpensive bouquets of flowers there.  As you can see in the picture there is a  variety for only $5 a bunch.  A bunch of sunflowers is only $4.50

If you want a live plant, there are many varieties of them also. One many of you would probably love to have. Even orchid plants are inexpensive.

This morning we are having fresh strawberries in our cereal.  Some of the produce we got from the Farmer’s Market yesterday.  Even our cat got a small tub of  “cat grass”.  Cat grass is sprouted wheat grass. Our cat loves to see it and eat it.

I have decided we NEED to go camping Wednesday and come home Thursday.  Don’t you just love it when you can get out and go relax.  I am running out of firewood.  I should go buy another bin.  We get cutoffs from a local lumber yard.  It burns faster than logs, but for the two of us, we have more control over how long a fire lasts when we use fast burning wood.
