Happy Father's Day -- Lazy Day

Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads out there. It is a lazy day for me. I just want to stick around and not do much of anything. We got up late this morning. It was between 9 and 9:30 before we rolled out of bed. Of course we did not get home until about 1:30 last night due to the concert.

The concert last night was very good, except for the seats. Well, the seating was interesting. As I said, there is the stage, two levels of seating and then a huge grass area behind that. We were in the grass area. The grass area means bring a blanket and sit on the grass. It is so far from the stage you cannot actually tell who the person is singing except by knowing who it is. Luckily they have the big TV screens to see the star perform.

All of the people in the grass area are what is interesting. It is more open than normal seating. The people in grass area are a show in itself. Younger people are dancing on the grass. I am amazed by how many young people like country music.

Tomorrow is Beach Day. After we have our go around with the mechanic, we will spend the rest of the day at the beach. Wish us luck with the mechanic.

Once we are done with the air cleaner and dipstick problems, we can look into the backfiring. Now that I know the hot air pickup going into the air cleaner was loose, it could have been backfiring in there a that I was hearing instead of through the carburetor.
