Do You Think RVing Is Slowing Down

With gas 9 prices over $2.00 a gallon here in California ($2.56 last fill-up) I wonder what effect this is having on RVing.  Since beach campgrounds are still full on the weekends and you cannot get in without a reservation, I am thinking camping is still the way many find to relax.  Maybe some people are camping closer to home, but from what I see, there is no shortage of RVs in campgrounds near us.

Since we do not like to make reservations, we are lucky that we can camp during the week when the crowds are gone.  This is not so during the summer months, but right now campgrounds are almost empty Sunday night through Thursday night.  Check our picture from last week Empty Campground to see what I mean.

I am trying to get many things done around here.  The most important is to come up with a decision on what to do with all the stuff in this warehouse.  I think we may go hot and heavy selling on Ebay for 3 or 4 months and see what kind of a dent we can make.  At the same time, I need to continue with my website development plans.  I need to add more pages to all my websites on a more constant basis.

As I have said in the past, our plan is to go full timing with internet marketing income as our primary source of revenue.  I am close to implementing some ideas that should increase our results dramatically.  I have some advertising ideas I am working on and some e-book products I think I will put on mini-websites to sell.  This is an interesting process and I am enjoying the learning curve I am going through.
