My Scale Is Broken

I put 9 miles on the exercise bike this morning. It took me 35 minutes to go that far.  Then I lifted my 7 pound weights for a little.  I stepped on the scale and it said 210.5.  That couldn’t be right, could it?  WOW!  HMMmmmmmmm!! AND,  that is in spite of 1 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch for the past two days.

Hey, that 32 ounce bottle of beer lasted me 3 days.  I told Sharon, NO MORE large cans or bottles of beer.  Next time buy one can or one bottle at a convenience store.  If I have it I will drink it.  If I only have 12 ounces, that is all I will have.

Exercise and a slight amount of diet change and I’m losing weight.  No harsh diet.  No starvation.  I love this.  I am slowly changing my eating pattern.  I am having less for dinner. I am not taking huge second helpings.  This is working.  HEY!  Join me.  Make a little change in your lifestyle and start on a path to healthier living.  We will climb that mountain together one day.

It sure is nice having a low sewer drain her that I can empty my motorhome tanks into.  The gray water was 3/4 full, so I just hooked up my special sewer garden hose to the adapter on the outlet hose and the tank is empty now.  If we weren’t going to the fair, I think we’d celebrate and empty tank by day camping at the beach.  That is a good reason to go camping.

I finally found on of our long taper candles and put it in our new hurricane table lamp.  We had candlelight dinner last night.  That lamp is very pretty.  It is big and lots of glass to break while traveling, but I think we will make a cushioned place for it to go with us.
