Jan 22, '05 Last Night's Dinner
Last night, as usual, we had dinner by candle light. I think it adds a touch of elegance to dining in your RV. This is especially important for people who RV full time. You need touches of home that make the RV traveling life even better. Although we are not traveling yet, we are trying to prepare ourselves for that life one step at a time. We really do want to go full-timing.
As you can see, we eat on "real" dinner ware. We do not always have serving dishes. Sometimes we dish up from pans on the stove which is right across from the table. It just depends. The nicer the meal, the more likely we are to have a meal set like the one you see in the picture. Beef pot roast, potatoes, gravy, carrots, onions and milk
We have a variety of different candles we use. The ones you see are the ones we use most often. We have found that the candles that are in clear glass throw off more light than others. The light shines through the glass and down into the candle and can be seen glowing on the table top.
